1. SERVICES

AAA Property Services, LLC provides tree services, landscaping, yard

installation, land clearing, grading, retaining walls, and pond

installation in Hermitage, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

All work is performed under separate written estimates and agreements.

These Terms govern only your contact with us and the use of our

website and phone services.

2. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

All pricing is provided through individual estimates after assessing

your property and project. Pricing is not provided over the phone or

through our AI answering service. Estimates are free.

3. AI-POWERED PHONE SERVICE

When you call our business line, your call may be answered by an

AI-powered answering service that collects your name, callback number,

service address, and the nature of your request, and routes the

information to the business owner. The AI service operates 24 hours

per day, seven days per week. For genuine life-threatening emergencies,

please call 911.

4. SMS NOTIFICATION PROGRAM

  Program Name: AAA Property Services Emergency Notifications

  Description: Our AI answering service sends SMS notifications to

  the business owner regarding urgent customer service calls. The

  sole recipient of messages on this program is the business owner

  of AAA Property Services, LLC. Customers and callers do not

  receive SMS messages from this program.

  Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on emergency

  call volume and is typically a small number of messages per week.

  Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

  HELP: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us

  using the information below.

  STOP: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.

  Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. CALL RECORDING

Calls to our business line may be recorded or transcribed by our

AI answering service for quality, training, and dispatch purposes.

By continuing the call after our greeting, you consent to recording.

6. WEBSITE USE

Our website is provided as-is for informational purposes. We make

reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee

that all content is current or error-free. Photos on the website

represent past work and are not a guarantee of identical results.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AAA Property Services, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental,

or consequential damages arising from use of our website, phone

service, or SMS notifications. Liability for any service work

performed is governed by the separate written agreement for that work.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of

Pennsylvania.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version

will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
