Estimates are based on the conditions observed and information available at the time. Unforeseen conditions, changes in scope, or access issues may affect final pricing. We will communicate any material changes before proceeding whenever practical.
Work is scheduled by mutual arrangement and may be affected by weather, equipment availability, or emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Payment terms will be stated in your estimate or invoice. Amounts are due as agreed upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are made in writing.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to identify any private utilities, irrigation, septic, or other underground features not marked by public locating services. We take care to protect your property but are not responsible for pre-existing or unmarked conditions outside our reasonable control.
AAA Property Services, LLC is licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
